Yesterday Chris counted 107 Med Gulls on College rocks and 46 in the harbour which included several colour-ringed birds: details to follow.
Later in the day he noticed large numbers on Blaendolau fields, probably many of the same birds. Other people and I have noticed Med Gulls flying inland over Aber and they have also been seen heading up the valley at Tanybwlch before turning in the direction of Blaendolau. Perhaps a co-ordinated count could be carried out.
