On a flat calm sea this morning were 156 Wigeon, 14 Teal, two Red-breasted Mergansers and three Red-throated Divers.
48 Curlews were near the caravan site at Llanrhystud, along with four Golden Plover.
As I was about to get in the car to leave the beach car park at Llanrhystud a Redshank flew in and landed just a few yards away.
